Northgate Smiles offers a professional teeth whitening treatment in our Seattle office that can give you a whiter smile right away. We’ve all experienced the disappointment of over-the-counter tooth bleaching solutions. These products often take too long to work. Sometimes, the concentration of the bleaching agent in OTC products isn’t strong enough to get the job done. They are pricey, messy, and they usually fall short of our expectations.
Now there is Sinsational Smile®, a teeth whitening system is that specially-designed to give you the results that you want – and a better experience.
Two-Part Professional Teeth Whitening System
Part 1 In office: The in-office visit takes just one minute of patient prep along with a quick, easy treatment. Using gel that’s activated by an LED light, the Sinsational Smile method uses silicone trays to whiten easily and effectively. Another benefit: there is no uncomfortable gum retractor to wear during the brief, 20 minute whitening process. Sinsational Smile® jump starts the process to help teeth get whiter (2 to 5 shades) faster.
Part 2 At home: After the office visit, each patient receives a bleaching pen to use at home. The pen can be used every day for up to seven days to help patients achieve an even brighter smile.
Because every smile is different, our patients may opt to repeat the teeth whitening treatment depending on their preference and their dentist recommendations. Sinsational Smiles teeth whitening is gentle enough that it can be used every 4-6 months to keep teeth bright! The whitening process works best when it’s performed every 6 months after a cleaning.
Safe for Sensitive Smiles
Even patients with sensitive teeth can benefit from Sinsational Smile. We’ve found that it causes none to almost no sensitivity for most patients–and it’s green certified.
Why Do Teeth Become Discolored?
Teeth can lose their shiny whiteness over time for many reasons. Some beverages can cause tooth discoloration including coffee, tea, dark-colored soda, and red wine. Also, it’s well-known that tobacco use causes yellow or brown stains on the teeth. And of course, teeth can become discolored over time as we miss spots during daily brushing and flossing. These missed areas can eventually build up into yellowish plaque and tartar. (Missed spots can be cleaned by our hygienists during regular dental visits.)

Our Sinsational Smile® program uses recyclable, pre-filled trays. This reduces waste by making syringes unnecessary. For your safety, the whitening products we use are free of chemical compounds like BPAs, titanium dioxide, and sodium lauryl sulphate.
